  • Academic Qualifications: - University degree in a business-related field, Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Food Technology. Higher academic qualifications, such as MBA, are highly valued.

Professional Experience & Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in the sales or purchasing field in a reputable FMCG company, catering, hospitality, or food services. Experience in multi-national companies will be highly valued.
  2. Proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results.
  3. Able to lead a team of technical sales supervisors and salesmen in different regions around the Kingdom.
  4. Knowledge in preparing a monthly work-plan for salesmen, and supervise the achievements of plans, including supervising sales orders processing, delivery of products and collection of sales dues.
  5. Good coordination skill with departments and personnel, including coordinating with salesmen and warehouse supervisor to plan for products’ delivery to customers.
  6. Ability to launch new products for hotels, restaurants, and cafes (HORECA), as well as other food services institutions.
  7. Ability to manage the relationship with food services institutions.
  8. Ability to ensure customers’ satisfaction and quality services through close communication and coordination with the concerned departments of the company.
  9. Ability to monitor and enforce the company’s pricing strategies.
  10. Supervise sales through existing key-accounts, and manage the relationship on national and regional levels.
  11. Strength in identifying, analyzing, and meeting customers' needs.
  12. High computer-literacy, and experience in working in computerized environment are highly valued.

Financial Package & Benefits:

  1. The financial package will be determined based on the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.
  2. Benefits would include health insurance, housing, transportation, and travel allowance to home country (non-Saudis).
