Job Responsibilities:

  1. Conducts meetings with clients (before, during or on completion of specific research projects) to enable better identification & understanding of marketing issues.
  2. Prepares  research materials for assigned projects including proposals, questionnaires & prompt cards, discussion guides & survey analysis outlines.
  3. Conducts data analysis of retail audits & trends and prepares presentations
  4. Liaises with clients on the progress of their projects.
  5. Assists internal clients with the interpretation & usage of research findings.
  6. Liaises with Field Managers, including participating in interviewer briefings.
  7. Carries out assigned research project management tasks, utilizing quantitative & qualitative information, conducting desk research, attending & / or conducting pilot interviews & recommending subsequent changes.
  8. Assists in questionnaire editing & coding.
  9. Prepares & conducts research presentations.
  10. Prepares  research reports.
  11. Communicates & liaises with external research suppliers on commissioned projects, preparing progress reports on assigned projects & attending briefings with agencies.
  12. Conducts qualitative interviews (1-1, 1-group) on assigned projects.
